These are the Halberdier's own figures, the ones the Armory prints. In battle the Human Realm's trait is added on top: +45% health · +33% damage. Range, reach and speed are in the battlefield's own units.
Special powers
- Armour-piercing. Its attacks ignore armour entirely.
- Brace. Deals ×2.2 damage to cavalry, beasts and other big targets.
- Knockback. Its blows shove the target back.
Strong and weak
Strong: Knights, golems, cavalry.
Weak: Massed archers.
As an anti-armor troop, it deals extra damage to Construct (×1.4) troops.
Ranged (×1.2) troops deal extra damage to it.
Raising it
The Halberdier comes out of its own spawner, which your Builder raises for 750 gold in the middle of a battle. Once it stands it musters a Halberdier every 23.7 seconds by itself, and levelling it shortens that — to 15.2 seconds at level 2 and 9.7 seconds at level 3.
Upgrades cost 450 gold to level 2 and 2,200 gold to level 3. Every level also makes the troops it musters hit harder and last longer.
It is one of the five troops the Human Realm roster opens with, so it is yours from the first match — no unlocking.
