These are the Pressure Guard's own figures, the ones the Armory prints. In battle the Steampunk Hold's trait is added on top: +18% health · +12% damage · −6% speed. Range, reach and speed are in the battlefield's own units.
Special powers
- Armour. Takes 22% less damage from every blow that does not ignore armour.
- Brace. Deals ×1.45 damage to cavalry, beasts and other big targets.
- Knockback. Its blows shove the target back.
Strong and weak
Strong: Armour, constructs, big things.
Weak: Massed light infantry.
As an anti-armor troop, it deals extra damage to Construct (×1.4) troops.
Ranged (×1.2) troops deal extra damage to it.
Raising it
The Pressure Guard comes out of its own spawner, which your Builder raises for 750 gold in the middle of a battle. Once it stands it musters a Pressure Guard every 27.5 seconds by itself, and levelling it shortens that — to 17.6 seconds at level 2 and 11.3 seconds at level 3.
Upgrades cost 500 gold to level 2 and 2,400 gold to level 3. Every level also makes the troops it musters hit harder and last longer.
It is one of the five troops the Steampunk Hold roster opens with, so it is yours from the first match — no unlocking.
