These are the Catapult's own figures, the ones the Armory prints. In battle the Orc Horde's trait is added on top: +15% damage · +6% speed. Range, reach and speed are in the battlefield's own units.
Special powers
- Siege. Deals ×3 damage to keeps and buildings.
- Splash. Every hit also strikes everything within 98 of the target for 80% of its damage.
Strong and weak
Strong: Castles, crowds.
Weak: Any melee that reaches it.
As a siege troop, it deals extra damage to Titan (×1.3), Legend (×1.25), Construct (×1.5) and Levy (×1.2) troops.
Ranged (×1.3) troops deal extra damage to it.
Raising it
The Catapult comes out of its own spawner, which your Builder raises for 2,550 gold in the middle of a battle. Once it stands it musters a Catapult every 1 minute 31 seconds by itself, and levelling it shortens that — to 1 minute 1 second at level 2 and 38.8 seconds at level 3.
Upgrades cost 1,850 gold to level 2 and 8,350 gold to level 3. Every level also makes the troops it musters hit harder and last longer.
Before it can be raised at all it has to be unlocked in the Armory, for 1,650 gold — gold carried between battles, earned by fighting them.
