Play with Friends in a War-band
A War-band is the game’s party lobby. Gather your friends there before entering a battle, with one commander leading the band.
Create or join a band
- Sign in to your free account and open War-band from the home menu.
- Create a band and share its code with the friends you want to join.
- Friends open War-band, enter the code and prepare their own kingdom and army.
- Use the lobby’s ready controls before the leader starts the battle.
Choose your battle

The leader chooses the battle mode and ranked queue for the band. Your kingdom and army are still your own choices. A band must fit the mode it is entering.
Prepare before you march
Use saved armies to switch to a plan suited to the chosen mode. Compare roles with your friends: a force of only expensive siege troops needs a different opening from a force with cheap defenders.
For ranked play, read the ladder and season rules before entering. Leaving a ranked battle counts as a defeat. Every player needs an internet connection; a War-band is an online lobby, not local split-screen.
